    • How does the Quarterly Draw with Us subscription work?
      Great question! Our Draw with Us sessions are set up as a subscription giving you the flexibility to come and go as needed!

      When you sign up your initial payment will cover your first drawing session. You will then be re-billed at the same rate once per quarter. Each payment will pay for that quarter's drawing session.

      You can cancel your subscription anytime by following the instructions inside of your Draw with Us Library Welcome Lesson.
    • Will replays be available?
      Yes! You will have access to all of the past REPLAYS directly in your Creative Studio Collective Draw with Us Library as long as you are an active member. Replays are typically loaded into your library within 24 hours of the Draw with Us session.

      PLUS you'll receive INSTANT access to all of our past REPLAYS as soon as you join!
    • What supplies do I need for the Draw with Us Sessions?
      There are no required supplies for the drawing sessions. Simply show up and create artwork with your medium of choice. Sometimes, Fleur and Ryann will be drawing in their sketchbooks; other times, they may be working on their iPads or their desktops using Illustrator or Photoshop.
    • What days and times are the Draw with Us Sessions going to be held?
      All dates are subject to change, but we do our best to stick to the schedule. For 2024, the LIVE Draw with Us Sessions are currently scheduled for the following dates and times:

      February 15, 2024, at 1:30 pm MST
      May 15, 2024, at 1:30 pm MST
      August 12, 2024, at 4:00 pm MST
      November 7, 2024, at 1:30 pm MST
    • If I can't make the LIVE call can I still submit a question?
      Yes! Directly inside of your Draw with Us library, you will find a link to submit your questions directly to Fleur & Ryann. They will be sure all questions submitted to the form at least 24 hours before the LIVE are answered on the call.
    • Can I cancel anytime?
      Yes, you can cancel your Quarterly Draw with Us Subscription anytime.

      If you do decide to cancel your subscription, your access to the membership content is revoked the day that you cancel.

      For example, if you decide to process your cancellation two weeks into your billing cycle, you won't have access to the Draw with Us library for those remaining two weeks you've already paid for.

      We suggest that you wait until approximately 4 business days before your next bill is set to come out of your account, and then process your cancellation. That way, your cancellation is processed before you're billed again, and you don't lose a ton of time inside the Draw with Us library & access to the replays. If you have any questions, just reach out!
    • Do you offer refunds?
      Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds will be given.
